We are conveniently located in Hunterdon County, near I-78 and State Routes 31, 22, and 202. We are in close proximity to Hunterdon Medical Center, and likewise provide care for patients from RWJBarnabas Somerset Campus and St. Luke’s Warren Campus.

Admissions

Rolling Hills accepts admissions seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many insurance plans, as well as private pay. Our Director of Admissions can assist you with insurance and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and help you in maximizing your benefits. Our staff works closely with hospitals, doctors, discharge planners and social workers to ensure a smooth and easy transfer to Rolling Hills Care Center.
