We meticulously screen all potential staff members to ensure that they have the skills, care, and compassion that we insist on. Our staff members also regularly maintain and improve their expertise with refresher and sensitivity courses. Additionally, we are careful to maintain a high staff/patient ratio so that there are always sufficient caregivers to provide prompt and attentive care.

A hallmark of the Rolling Hills’ staff is their interdisciplinary approach. This means that doctors, nurses, dietitians, therapists, social workers, and even activities staff, work as a team to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of each patient.
